Help us restore the Portico! The Howland Cultural Center, and former circulating library building, is currently undergoing a major restoration of its front portico. The renowned architect Richard Morris Hunt, who also designed the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty, The Biltmore, The Breakers, a wing at the Louvre, and the Great Hall of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, designed this architectural gem.
