Lyra Music Festival This summer, music director, Akiko Sasaki, will once again be running the Lyra Music Festival, which is both an educational experience for students and a live concert festival. Their performances feature Lyra faculty, Lyra guests artists, as well as student performers, and are entirely open to the public. The Lyra Music Young Artist Performance Program is a 2-week, residential, conservatory-style classical music program. This pre-professional summer festival is designed specifically for string players and pianists seeking an opportunity to hone performance and related skills.
