HOWLAND 150 "People Make it Happen" Events

 This exhibition has been over a year in the making. In collaboration with the Howland Public Library and the Beacon Historical Society. Artist and curator Donna Mikkelsen has put together a series of historical pictographs to tell the incredible story of what is now our free Public Library - it wasn’t always that way!
