Dreams communicate in a symbolic visual language similar to movies in our minds. Songwriters have been translating these scenes from their psyches for ages – Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, and Taylor Swift are just a few musicians who have turned their night visions into gold records. When we learn how to engage with our dreamscape and the wisdom dreams have to offer, we become more aware of our inner world and how we relate to the outer world.
