The Power of the Mind”, meditations to maintain a light and positive mind. Thursdays from March 12 – April 9; $8/class – drop-in anytime. No prior experience is necessary. You may drop in to any class. Each class includes guided meditation, a talk, discussion, and questions. (In these practical classes, you will come to recognize harmful states of mind to abandon and identify peaceful, beneficial minds to cultivate. The inspiring discovery we will make is that we can maintain a lasting state of joy, regardless of what’s going on externally 7:00 – 9:00 pm;
